Who I Am

I'm Gerardo Savo González — a healthcare operations consultant with over 10 years of experience helping private clinics and healthcare organizations stop firefighting and start running like the professional operations they are.
I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a PROSCI Change Management Certification. I work in both English and Spanish. And I've spent the better part of a decade at the intersection of two things most consultants choose between: the strategic thinking that leadership wants, and the frontline execution that makes change actually stick.
I don't hand you a report and disappear.
I analyze, design, train, and implement — so the changes last beyond the engagement.
My Background
My career has been built around one core observation: most clinic problems aren't people problems.
They're systems problems. Good staff forced to work with broken processes, unclear roles, and tools that were never properly configured for how the clinic actually operates.
I've worked across private clinics, multi-specialty practices, and healthcare organizations — designing SOPs from scratch, rebuilding intake workflows, configuring underused EMR systems, and leading teams through operational transformations that were held back not by willingness, but by the absence of clear structure.
Along the way, I've become fluent in both the language of clinical operations and the language of organizational change — which is what makes my work different from a standard management consulting engagement.
